Return and Refund Policy

Welcome to RB RACING BIKES, your motorcycle spare parts store. We are committed to providing the best quality to our valued customers. Please read our return policy carefully before completing your purchase:

• Return and Exchange Period: Our customers have the right to request a return or exchange of spare parts within 3 days only from the date of receiving the shipment from the shipping company.


• Product Acceptance Conditions: Spare parts must be in their original condition, unused, not exposed to oils or grease, not installed on the motorcycle in any way, and in their original, undamaged packaging.


• Excluded Parts: Electrical parts (such as wiring harnesses, sensors, and ECUs) cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a clear manufacturing defect upon receipt, due to the sensitivity of these parts.


• Shipping Costs: If the reason for the return is a manufacturing defect or an error from the store in sending the part, we will bear all shipping and return costs. However, if the return is at the customer's request or due to an error on their part in choosing the size or type of part, the customer will bear the full shipping costs.


• Refund Method: After contacting the store's technical support and approving the return request, and carefully inspecting the received part to ensure its inventory integrity, an electronic refund order will be issued. The amount will be returned to the customer's card or bank account within 7 to 14 business days, according to the approved bank procedures.
